Standard Hearing Care Sdn.Bhd was incorporated in 2013 having taken over the business from estate of the founder of Hearing and Speech Care. The new co-founder of SHC is Mr. Cheng Kwok Wai.

 

Hearing and Speech Care (HASC) originally incorporated in 1994. The co-founder of HASC, Ms Dorren is the principle of HASC and remains active in providing assessment, care and service for the hearing impairment. Ms. Dorren is an International Hearing Society Member (USA) and work as hearing Instrument Specialist since 1995.

 

The principle activities are to provide caring service for the hearing impaired,

 

                 - Commencing with the assessment of hearing loss and if necessary,

                 -  Recommending medical treatment to clear up any localized infection.

                 - Assessment work is all encompassing, commences with a clean ear

                 - Canal and verifying the function of the ear drum.

                 - Testing and assessing the loss of hearing of the patient.

                 - Discussing the alternatives available to assist the patient including

                 - Realistic advice on expectations to assist with hearing aid.

 

To supply, customize test and fit hearing aid devices.

 

To service and test hearing aid devices already in service.

 

Standard Hearing Care enjoys client base in excess of 2,500 Malaysian patients, with a small number of international visitors.

 

Standard Hearing Care has taken over the lead to supply hearing aid, full audiometric assessment and counseling to the patients.

 

Standard Hearing Care enjoys fifth teen year’s experiences in providing care and a solution for the hearing impaired with special skills for the younger members of society and the aged and has a consistent success rate for customer loyalty.
